Kasha recently sold a property in North Vancouver for us and did a first class job. She put together a very aggressive marketing program that included professional photographs of the property. This generated enquiry's resulting in numerous showings and the eventual sale of the property. Please accept this as my personal recommendation for anyone thinking of selling their property to utilize the professional services of Kasha. She won't let you down!

Bottom line and most important, they delivered what they promised.  They sold my home in the time frame we agreed and got me the very best price.  They also found me a home which is perfect for our family and I believe that a good purchase price was negotiated with their assistance.They did the best advertising (colour newspaper ads, flyers, door knocking, professional video and website) that I have ever encountered in my many, many years of real estate purchases/sales (25 years and at least 20 homes).  I believe that their marketing strategies played a huge role in the sale of my home as it attracted buyers from all over the world.  The people who ultimately bought my home were from South Africa, and first viewed it on their fabulous website.Kasha Riddle has a real passion for real estate.  It is obvious that she loves what she does and puts 200% into her profession.  This passion is evident to buyers and other realtors.  She is always professional and considerate.  She followed up on every single showing or lead in regards to my home.  I believe that this also helped to sell the home at a time when the market was beginning to decline.  Buyers and realtors alike sense when a realtor is enthusiastic and confident about the property and the listing price! I also felt that I could trust Kasha and Zygmunt to give me good, honest advice when listing and purchasing.  They gave me a realistic listing price, given the market at the time, and did their best to achieve that price despite the market decline.  When a property is priced properly, marketed well, and represented by a hard working realtor, it will SELL.  If any of these conditions are not met, the place will either take a long time to sell or fail to sell altogether. And finally, after the sale/purchase, the Riddles attended to every detail to make the transaction and move as easy as possible.  The Riddles have continued to keep in touch with our family since the move, to ensure that we are happy.  What more could one ask for from a realtor(s)?
